I see so many people struggling as they internalize the pain of the world, taking it into their own bodies and minds.
We don’t have to do that.

The pain doesn’t have to break us.
We can sit with it, within it.
We can feel the pain but not become it.
Have compassion for it without letting it determine our state of health.
Work to change it without resenting it.
Be at a point of balance within it.
Be okay and share that okay-ness so others can experience it too. 💚

You can be okay
in a world that’s not okay.
And
it’s okay to be okay
in a world that’s not okay.
