It can be overwhelming but there is so much help available for us, so many ways. From #mindfulness to #eft#hypnosis to #therapy, from spending time #grounding in nature to #energywork, from #reframing our thoughts to practicing #acceptance. A million ways to transform our pain by #allowing ourselves to gain a better understanding of it. 

If we’re afraid, that’s okay. We can feel the #fear and do it anyway. Once we start to practice a new way of being with ourselves, it soon becomes old hat, and no longer scary. 

And – it’s not only okay to ask for #help when you need it – it’s #wise.
