We all want to make healthy decisions, and at the same time our unconscious minds just want to keep our wounded inner children safe. So we go for what we know, even if it’s not good for us, because the unknown feels more scary than the known.

There are effective ways to change that unconscious programming so it’s in line with what our conscious minds are trying to move towards.

A practice of mindful observation to identify our needs, emotions and experiences (self-reflection) partnered with conscious acceptance (acceptance does not mean agreement), plus action to effect change on an unconscious level (ie using a hypnotic state) is a powerful combo!
